How to confirm you're on Avlaro (not public RustDesk)

If you see “for faster connection please set up your own server” or a rustdesk.com notice, settings did not apply. Re-run the installer as your normal user (not “Run as administrator”).

1. Open RustDesk.
2. Menu ⋮ → Network (may need to unlock).
3. ID Server must be helpdesk.avlaro.ca.
4. Key must match the value in settings below.

After you install

Our package applies Avlaro settings automatically. If you installed from rustdesk.com, use these values.

1. Open the app and grant Screen Recording and Accessibility (macOS) or allow through the firewall (Windows).
2. Confirm the network settings below match (usually already set).
3. Read out the ID on the home screen, then the one-time password when asked.
